We are very proud to be located within Minerva Mill, an historic building situated in the small Warwickshire town of Alcester. The building hosts around 40 businesses. Even more virtual tenants operate here. AVInteractive has been based in Minerva Mill for 20 years. It is currently the longest-standing tenant. It’s a great place to work and be associated with other businesses in the building. Each office is unique and full of character. They feature red brick walls and oak beams. Onsite, there are several conference room facilities. In addition, there is a communal rest area called the ‘Bubble’ with its own bistro café serving a range of beverages and food. Minerva Mill was built in the Victorian era and has been home to many businesses. The history of the Mill can be found here.
In our 20 years, we’ve occupied several offices, starting on the 3rd floor studio, then to a large open-plan office on the 2nd floor with exposed brick and oak beams, and then to our current office on the ground floor, where we’ve been able to create a green screen studio for our clients to use for promotional and training videos, plus podcasts.
