Fort Dunlop
We created this promotional video collaboratively on behalf of HTDL for Fort Dunlop. AVInteractive Ltd. works alongside agencies, integrating into their workflows and acting as an extension of their services.
In partnership with HTDL, we supported both pre- and post-production, contributing to concept development and planning. Together, we developed the idea of incorporating animation to give the video a strong graphical identity. As the video sits prominently on the Fort Dunlop website, it was designed to communicate effectively without sound, relying on visual storytelling.
We also captured drone footage; AVInteractive Ltd. operates with fully trained pilots and holds EASA certification for commercial drone use within the EU. This was particularly important given Fort Dunlop’s proximity to major roads and Birmingham Airport, requiring careful planning and the appropriate permissions to film safely and legally.
The result is a striking, brand-led video that showcases the fifth floor of Fort Dunlop, highlighting its features, rental opportunities, and the range of spaces available for businesses.

Bespoke Graphics
